“The Decade from Hell,” was the banner headline on the cover of Time Magazine as they reviewed what transpired during the 2000’s.

That assessment is one many in America have come to share.

It is not one I happen to agree with.

During 2009, I wrote the following essays entitled, Resurrecting Common Sense in America.

In the first part of my essay series – The Dream – I present my historical contention of why the decade of the 2000’s came to represent challenges many believed could not be overcome.

In 630 B.C. Socrates wrote, “Man shall never enter its Golden Age until the sons of the fathers learn from their errors of omission and commission.”

We the People of these great United States of America can change the future of this country.

All we need to do is, “Resurrect Common Sense in America.”
